Catalog information
Product names, descriptions, OEM and manufacturer references, images, prices and stock may be based on supplier records and may change. If there is a transcription, matching or data-transfer error, the written quotation and order confirmation prevail.

Compatibility responsibility
Vehicle, engine and part references provide preliminary matching. Final compatibility may require a VIN, engine code, existing part number, measurement or product image before ordering. Users are responsible for providing accurate verification details.

Price, stock and supply
A price or stock indication on the site is not, by itself, a binding sales commitment. Currency, taxes, lead time, minimum order quantity and availability are finalised in the written quotation or order confirmation.

Quotations and orders
Submitting a web form or adding a product to a list does not by itself create a sales contract. An order becomes final when the parties confirm the product, quantity, price, payment, delivery and other commercial terms in writing.

Delivery, returns and warranty
The delivery method and lead time are stated in the order confirmation. Return, exchange and warranty requests are assessed according to the product condition, packaging, installation record, technical inspection and relevant order terms. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Dealer accounts and security
Dealer users are responsible for the accuracy of account details and the security of their access credentials. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately. Access that threatens security or service integrity may be restricted.

Intellectual property and trademarks
The site design, original copy and TRAutoParts elements may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party brand and product names are used only for identification and compatibility; related rights belong to their respective owners.
